                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM
                   ANDREW G. CLONTS AND DORA SUE CLONTS,
                   RELATIVE TO THE GUNBARREL ROAD WIDENING
                   PROJECT, TRACT NO. 38, FOR A CONSIDERATION
                   OF FIVE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
                   ($5,500.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way and construction easement from Andrew
       G. Clonts and Dora Sue Clonts, relative to the Gunbarrel Road
       Widening Project, Tract No. 38, for a consideration of $5,500.00.
